In our country Equatorial Guinea, it has been almost 53 years since we became independent from Spain and, to this day, the country still does not know its true independence. During the 53 years that Equatorial Guineans assumed responsibility for Equatorial Guinea after acquiring total independence in the hands of the Spanish people, this country hasn’t known anything other than murder of its citizens by the two people who have led it. One democratically elected by all Guineans (Francisco Macias Nguema Biyogo Ñegue Ndong) and another occupied the head of state by a bloody coup (Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo) that ended the lives of many Equatoguineans.
We want the people of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea to know that the primary objective of the Guinean opposition at this time is to solve this great national problem through peaceful means, in fact the democratic opposition always speaks of the peaceful transition to democracy in Equatorial Guinea so that we can all live as brothers and sisters that we are; this is the lasting solution to our problem.
Therefore, in this article, we are not looking for the culprits of the misfortune that has plagued our country for decades, but rather we analyze why we have come this far without any solution to our problem. As we all know, people who don’t know the history of their country are condemned to repeat the same mistakes of the past, and for that reason, it’s better to inform themselves to make adequate decisions, avoiding at all costs, precisely the mistakes of the past. On the other hand, it’s known that when a person is sick in order to cure him, the doctor has to know in fact what he has; for this, a careful test must be conducted to find his disease. And, when this disease is well known, it’s cured with pertinent recipes. There is also an adage that says: “To kill a snake, you have to cut off its head.”
However, having said all the above, we want to remind the Guinean people that, when Francisco Macias Nguema Biyogo took the office or the position of President of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea on October 12th, 1968, his nephew Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo had the rank of second lieutenant. When the military coup took place on August 3rd, 1979, he had already risen to the rank of lieutenant colonel, Why was he raised all those ranks: lieutenant, captain, commander and lieutenant colonel and giving him positions such as the head of all the prisons in Equatorial Guinea? Doesn’t that tell us something to the people of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea? Could it be that his uncle Macias thanks him for a job well done, murdering his political opponents, among others? If Obiang Nguema Mbasogo was the executor of all those murders at his own initiative, as some people want us to believe, then why didn’t Macias Nguema Biyogo stop him and put him in jail? Do you think that to this day, Guineans still don’t analyze the political situation in Equatorial Guinea? Do you think we are still in the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s? Don’t you know that we are in the 21st century? Don’t you know that Equatorial Guinea already has thinking heads that analyze in detail the why of things? there are many questions we can ask about it.
The truth is that, if we have had an impostor like Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo in the presidency of our country, it has been thanks to his uncle, our first President democratically elected by the Guinean people, Mr. Francisco Macias Nguema Biyogo Ñegue Ndong because he didn’t do well his job as head of state. We understand that, many allege the reason that the new republic of Equatorial Guinea ascended to independence on October 12, 1968, was doomed to failure because none of the candidates for the presidential elections of 22 (first round) and 29 (second round) of September 1968, knew what a rule of law was, nor democracy. In fact, before what happened on March 5, 1969, some people such as Mr. Mariano Mbá Michá, Mongomo government delegate and MUNGE deputy elected, had already murdered. Add to this reality, when Equatorial Guinea gained independence its mother country Spain also suffered a dictatorship by Mr. Francisco Franco Bahamonde. Therefore, many people affirm that democracy in Equatorial Guinea, whoever governs, was doomed to failure because Spain could not imagine itself in a dictatorship and Equatorial Guinea in a democracy. Which it’s perfectly understood, but things could have been done a little better than Macias did, assassinating all of his political opponents and changing the 1968 constitution as he pleased, among other things. And with all those illogical changes and assassinations, which in many cases were massive, there was a military coup and we had in the presidency of our country a military man without positive ideas who continues to act today to the detriment of the people, making the phrase; “Political mistakes are expensive and last too long.” a reality
Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, a military man, had no possibility or probability of becoming President in the Republic of Equatorial Guinea, being the political lords of that time: Mr. Bonifacio Ondó Edú-Aguong, Mr. Atanasio Ndong Miyone, Mr. Edmundo Bosio Dioko, Mr. Saturnino Ibongo Iyanga, Mr. Federico Ngomo Nnandong, Mr. Buenaventura Ochaga Ngomo, Mr. Jesús Alfonso Oyono Alogo, Mr. Enrique Gori Molubela, etc, etc. Had Macias not assassinated those gentlemen through his right hand, his nephew Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, he would never have dreamed of being President of Equatorial Guinea, hence Macias’ guilt. And, Equatorial Guinea in this case would not have achieved true democracy at that time as many suggest, but neither would it be a failed state like now.
We are sure that if Macias did things a little better, today Equatorial Guinea would be in a true democracy and we would have some former Presidents enjoying their country and training the new generation of Equatorial Guinean politicians.
However, as the Progress Party of Equatorial Guinea (PPGE), the CORED Coalition, etc. did, our party also has the honor and privilege of publishing almost the same list, with the only difference being that we will list the murders committed in the regime of Francisco Macías Nguema Biyogo Ñegue Ndong and, on the other hand, the murders of the regime of his nephew, Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo. But, basically, the data comes from these sources, although we will add the names of the people who continue to be murdered today, those who are missing from these lists and those who die in forced exile, since we should all be in Equatorial Guinea but it cannot be done out of fear that all opponents have to be cruelly killed by this regime of terror.
Normally, the total number of murders committed by these two regimes is unknown, which is why, to this day, an appeal is still being made to all the victims’ relatives to give details of their loved ones to politicians to enrich this list. Those citizens of ours, who were murdered and continue to be murdered in different ways by executions, shootings, found out in mass graves such as the case of Ngolo Ayob, poisonings, missing persons, some thrown into the sea, at the Kope Bridge, found dead in the streets , gutters, ravines and many of them without genitals, tongues, etc. some were executed in prisons, such as the case of the “Baile de Mokom” (“Mokom Dance”), where many illustrious politicians of our country were assassinated, and so on. some denied visas to cure abroad having to die because of this refusal, etc, etc. The recent evil event has been the explosions caused in the military barracks of Nkoantoma, Bata, where many Equatorial Guinean citizens were murdered, among others, and until now the people don’t have any true and real information about this massacre, nor it is known how many people died in these explosions.
In summary, we say that the responsibility for everything that happened from October 12, 1968 to August 3, 1979, falls on the shoulders of Mr. Francisco Macias Nguema Biyogo Ñegue Ndong: Ngolo-Ayob, Baile de Mokom, among others scenes where Guineans were murdered like wild animals at that time. In any case, we understand that the executor of everything that happened was Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo but he obeyed the orders of his boss and who was his boss? The answer is, Mr. Francisco Macias Nguema Biyogo. Likewise, Obiang Nguema Mbasogo had other people who helped him do those dirty jobs, an example of them is Sergeant Ondó Elá, but the Executioner behind all those murders was Macias.
As one of our comrades summed up, we are not going to mention his name here for security reasons, he said: “… the domain of a head of state in a country is general, it has no limit. In fact, the Americans call him COMMANDER IN CHIEF, because of what he covers. The only person responsible when a certain ministerial department fails is the head of state or government for not taking action on time. The opposition never attacks the minister or the general of I don’t know what, etc. but rather the head of government as a bad manager. With which, the human lives that Obiang spoiled under the mandate or term of his uncle, the maximum responsible, either by negligence, tolerance, or by order, was Macias but Obiang would be the executing hand and more,” in this analysis, we see that there is much truth and reality in it. We think he was right and consistent with many things by analyzing the situation in this way; in any case, each one can analyze it in their own way and that is respected.
However, as at present, we cannot attribute to the murders that have been committed on August 3, 1979 to date to Juan Engonga Obama, Benjamín Ecoro Mangué, Cayó Ondó Mbá Angué, Manuel Nguema Mba, Diosdado Nguema Eyí, Enrique Nsue Anguesomo (Chico Enri), Julián Ondó Nkumu, Elias Nguema Ebang (Elias Bombero), Nicolas Obama Nchama (Nico), Federico Esono Mbá (Maikol), etc, etc, they are the executing hands we all know that but someone sends them to do those dirty jobs and, since all of them are ambitious, bad people and murderers, this is why they accept these impossible missions or dirty jobs but we know that the person who sends them to carry out these murders is called Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, this is the reality; the same thing his uncle Macias did to him. Now, if there is any person who denies this statement, he must answer all the questions asked above for us.
LIST OF THOSE KILLED BY FRANCISCO MACIAS NGUEMA BIYOGO ÑEGUE NDONG (OCTOBER 12, 1968 – AUGUST 3, 1979).
As we have pointed out before, all those who were murdered from October 12, 1968 to August 3, 1979, Macias Nguema Biyogo Ñegue Ndong is responsible for all these deaths, they cannot be attributed to Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo although was the executing hand of them, since Macias was the one who must have stopped him but did not do it because he was the executioner, Obiang Nguema was only a puppet of his uncle and he took advantage of that situation to clear his way in order to reach the presidency of our country and so it was. Obiang is very cunning that is well known.
As our comrade said: “… the human lives that Obiang spoiled under the mandate or term of his uncle, the maximum responsible, whether due to negligence, tolerance, or by order, was Macias but Obiang would be the executing hand and more,” it’s the summary of the whole picture of these murders, without a doubt.

NEW DATA:
460. Fernando NVARA ENGONGA (Ebibeyin). Military man killed inside a tank in Niefang in a coup attack on 3 August.
These are the data that we have been able to collect so far on the murders committed by the dictatorship regime of Francisco Macias Nguema Biyogo Ñegue Ndong during the 10 years, 9 months and 22 days that he was in power. In the same way, all those who died in the bloody coup of August 3, 1979, this responsibility falls on the shoulders of Macias Nguema Biyogo because thanks to his terrible management of our country, there was this rebellion that under normal conditions, never would have happened.
It should also be noted that many of their widows were also raped and mistreated; and their imprisoned, looted and mistreated relatives.
We will continue to enrich this list as we receive more data on the murdered and disappeared through their direct relatives, among other sources of information that we have.
LIST OF THOSE KILLED BY TEODORO OBIANG NGUEMA MBASOGO (AUGUST 3rd, 1979 – PRESENT).
Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, the longest serving and most dangerous dictator in the world, has not minded or trembled his hands when sacrificing the Guineans. Besides being a puppet and mastermind of the crimes committed during the 10 years, 9 months and 22 days that his uncle Macias Nguema led our country with an iron fist; Obiang has said and clearly says that his uncle did not do the job well, so himself is doing it without mercy to anyone, where he has turned a state into a personal estate, and anyone who complains about said situation is persecuted and many murdered.
Here is a list of the murders committed by Obiang Nguema Mbasogo during the 42 two years that he has been in charge of our country illegally. In this list, there will appear names of eternal collaborators of this dictatorial and bloodthirsty regime, this is because we believe that every Equatorial Guinean citizen should be legally tried in a trial with all kinds of guarantees and not silenced people as the dictator is doing.

THE CASE OF NKOANTOMA: it is estimated that there were more than seven hundred (700) people killed, but we continue to hope that the so-called government of Equatorial Guinea will give the official list of all those killed in this attack against the defenseless people of our country.
NOTE: It is a work that we will continue to do little by little so that we have the list with most of the people placed on it; therefore, it is the beginning of a great work that needs the collaboration of all Equatorial Guinean citizens. We have to write the history of our country as it should be, manipulations are unacceptable. So, if anyone has information to provide us, please contact us by email at pdelalibertadnacionaldge@gmail.com or by WhatsApp at +1 (713) 453-9407. We thank you in advance for your collaboration.
UP WITH DEMOCRACY!!
DOWN WITH THE DICTATORSHIP!!
SOURCES:
*We have had the collaboration of Mr. Maximiliano Abaga Ebang Nchama, former chief accountant of the national police and, later, police commissioner. Currently, as a politician, he works as Secretary of Security in the National Freedom Party of Equatorial Guinea. Born on October 26, 1954. We have also had other relevant Equatorial Guinean personalities who have worked hard in the political life of our country in order to achieve the democratization of Equatorial Guinea, personalities who were born in the colony / Spanish Guinea, among others.
* Similarly, we have collected a lot of information through other channels on social networks, and we are receiving a lot of information from Guinean citizens who directly or indirectly lived through these crimes or were told about them.
